In order to know what the tenants need and wish for with the upcoming major work program, the FLHLMQ issued a serie of tools to explain and support a consultation process of the tenants.
The kit consists of: 
- A poster to call a meeting of all tenants of your building to discuss the matter

A flyer explaining the whole process, the legal background and the options for the tenants and the OMH
- A checklist for the tenants to indicate what is wrong and what needs uplifting in their own appartment
- A Summary sheet to give, in a clear and consise way, what the tenants think are the most needed improvement to the building.
